What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Service type specific inclusions are variable — for example, sunset cruises come with premium beverages and light snacks, while corporate charters provide meeting facilities and customized catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
For guaranteeing availability, we advise confirming your booking 2–3 weeks beforehand, particularly during the busy season from May to September. For corporate gatherings or private events, early booking of 4–6 weeks is recommended to ensure maximum availability and to allow sufficient time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
We prioritize safety above all else. Should the captain determine weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose an alternate charter date or issue a full refund. Weather forecasts are monitored diligently, and we will be in touch with you 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure if the forecast is concerning.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own refreshments and snacks. Additionally, we offer excellent catering services that can be tailored to suit your preferences. Do note that for safety purposes, bringing glass containers on board is prohibited.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our goal is to accommodate all guests. Various yachts in our fleet provide different levels of accessibility. To ensure we can meet your particular needs, please reach out during the booking process, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations occurring 72 hours ahead of the departure, a full reimbursement is provided. If you cancel between 24 to 72 hours prior, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are not refundable, except in cases of unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical problems on our part.
